Today we found out that my whole side of the family gets to come visit us for Christmas! We were waiting on confirmation from one of my brothers and that got confirmed this morning. We are so excited to have everyone here in Florida with us in our new home! We have been working pretty hard to make sure everything is all set up and cozy when they get here. A little over a week until my brother arrives, and about two weeks before the rest of the family gets here. Christmas is going to be perfect this year! We have already started making a list of things we want to do with them, and places we want to take them to while they’re here. What started out as a suggestion has become a reality and we couldn’t be more thrilled!!

Speaking of setting the house up, I finally have our house all decked out for Christmas (well the inside anyway…outside is next year’s project). I will work on taking some pictures and posting them. It’s beginning to feel a lot more like Christmas around here!

This weekend I have book club. I’ve always wanted to be part of one, so I was pretty happy when I learned there was a spouse’s book club. The book we are discussing is Big Little Lies. I really wasn’t sure about it when I first started reading, but I kept reading and it got good. I’m talking “I-couldn’t-put-the-book-down” good. I’m sure I can thank it for my sleep pattern being off…but it was worth it! It’ll be fun to get together with the ladies to discuss (and you know, drink mimosas and what not).
